About the job Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Developing a strong relationship with prospects and clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients effectively, showcasing their value propositions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that best meet client requirements when required.
- Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
- Work in a team to help achieve departmental goals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
- Stay updated with industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
- Operating a structured approach to addressing the market and pipeline. Including researching and prospecting potential new customers.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience selling technical products and/or software considered a plus.
- Experience with payroll, HR and/or accounting systems considered a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Possess good negotiation skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of the English language. Maltese language considered a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
- In possession of a valid Driving License.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail.
- Have a keen interest in technology.
- Appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
