Responsibilities:


  • Developing a strong relationship with prospects and clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients effectively, showcasing their value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that best meet client requirements when required.
  • Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
  • Work in a team to help achieve departmental goals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
  • Operating a structured approach to addressing the market and pipeline. Including researching and prospecting potential new customers.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience selling technical products and/or software considered a plus.
  • Experience with payroll, HR and/or accounting systems considered a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Possess good negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of the English language. Maltese language considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • In possession of a valid Driving License.
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Have a keen interest in technology.
  • Appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
