Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of IT services and solutions offered by the Group to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking all sales activities and providing accurate forecasts to management.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all sales activities, including contact information, sales calls, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business).
- Proven track record in IT services sales and a deep understanding of IT solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Can communicate effectively in English and Maltese
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to engage in cold calling and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
