On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Business Development Executive, who will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, mainly in ERP and IT services.

The role requires a mix of sales, strategy, and technical understanding to help clients achieve digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for ERP and IT solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads and partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress accurately.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at events and networking opportunities.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in software or IT.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and client relationships.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital environments.
  • Valid driving licence.
