On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Business Development Executive, who will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, mainly in ERP and IT services.
The role requires a mix of sales, strategy, and technical understanding to help clients achieve digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for ERP and IT solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business leads and partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress accurately.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at events and networking opportunities.
Must Have:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in software or IT.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and client relationships.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital environments.
- Valid driving licence.
