Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of life insurance, savings, and pension products to new and existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client base, following up on leads and maintaining strong relationships.
• Advise clients by understanding their financial needs and offering personalised solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Participate in full training programmes to build your knowledge and confidence.
• Organise your own schedule and work autonomously within a supportive environment.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements

• No school certifications needed.
• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Must be fluent in both Maltese and English.
• Hardworking, ambitious, and motivated to earn high income.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Goal‑oriented, comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required—full training is provided.
