Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join our client's team.
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional service delivery across the Air-conditioning division, Water Treatment, PVs, Lifts, Solar Water Heaters, and Underfloor Heating sectors. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction by coordinating with our centralized pool of technicians and providing timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Engage with customers to understand and address their needs, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Establish and maintain open communication channels for customers to provide feedback or report challenges and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Service Coordination:
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of spare parts, ensuring that all technicians and site personnel are equipped with the necessary tools and parts for each site visit.
- Follow up with customers after service delivery to confirm they are receiving optimal value from the products/services provided.
Issue Resolution:
- Manage complex customer issues by analyzing problems and developing effective solutions to address and resolve customer complaints.
Team Support and Development:
- Organize and participate in training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer care team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments by attending relevant educational workshops.
Record Keeping and Surveys:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer care operations and activities for future reference.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative Tasks:
- Issue invoices and receipts for services provided by technicians.
- Perform any additional customer care duties that may arise.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30.
- Candidate location: All candidates has to already live in Malta.
