Full Stack Developers

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development life cycles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.
• Knowledge of Vue.js is a significant plus.
• Experience working with Oracle databases or familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including version control, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  

Job Info:

• Type of Contract: 1-year definite contract (to be renewed)
• Salary: Depending on experience
• Work Setting: Hybrid is possible after probation
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00.
• Candidate location: Preference will be given to those who already live in Malta.
