In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of large-scale, complex IT enterprise solutions for the company's B2B clients. From prospecting to closing, you will manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring seamless delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Duties:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships by exploring and evaluating potential business deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions, aligning products and services with business objectives.
  • Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with pre-sales engineers, project managers, and product teams to design and propose appropriate technical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation and submission.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure that terms and conditions are favorable to the company while meeting client needs.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with business policies.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts, optimizing terms for both the company and clients.
  • Oversee product handover, ensuring seamless installation and operational success.
  • Supervise installation processes and address initial technical challenges.
  • Liaise with customers post-installation to assess performance and coordinate necessary modifications.
  • Address customer technical inquiries and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor support requests, ensuring products and services meet expectations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvements based on client feedback.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely procurement of stock, equipment, and services.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet operational and project demands.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of commercial experience working within the Telecom and/or IT Industry, with a background in either technical support, product development or project management.
  • A Diploma in a Technical Subject
  • Experience dealing with various Suppliers and Operators.
  • Willingness to learn about our broad range of products and services offered by the Enterprise Solutions Team.
  • Proven ability in lead generation, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Strong and effective client facing communication skills, sales drive, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision, and perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, identify key market segments, and align solutions with business objectives
  • Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs (revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, and closure rates).
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficiency in using Office Applications.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.

The below will be considered an asset:

  • A Degree level qualification in a Technical Subject.
  • Hands on experience on Technical Support, IT Management, Networks and Systems Management.
  • Previous experience in preparing, managing, and submitting successful public tender applications.
