Manpower is seeking to recruit a Junior Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions through meticulous manual testing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with development and business analysis teams to understand system requirements and functionalities.
- Document and report defects, providing clear and concise descriptions to facilitate resolution.
- Participate in test planning and contribute to the development of test strategies.
- Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved without introducing new problems.
- Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and any defects identified.
- Assist in the preparation of test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using standard office software; familiarity with testing tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience or internships in software testing or quality assurance.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level) is an advantage.

- Work Setting: Hybrid is possible after probation
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00.
