Proficiency in .NET and PHP development is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CRM products for clients.
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on CRM functionalities.
- Analyze client requirements and implement customized solutions.
- Offer ongoing technical support and resolve client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the development team to address software bugs and enhancements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, configurations, and support activities.
Requirements:
