Responsibilities

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll and HR Executive to join our client's team. The chosen candidate will need to be driven, hard-working and a good team-player. She/he will be reporting to senior management within the same department.


Job duties

  • Preparing and executing payroll services for a portfolio of clients including collection of data through timesheets or extracting data through payroll software.
  • Supervising team member/s to ensure that client deadlines are being met and that information supplied is correct
  • Determine tax obligations and liaise with tax department where necessary
  • Liaising with clients on all payroll and HR related matters
  • Keeping abreast with any new regulations and driving and sharing such changes to team member/s
  • Preparation and submission of all employment related documentation to government or other entities on behalf of clients
  • FSS submissions to tax department
  • Handling of Employment licensing and permit application
  • Preparing special client reports as and when required


Essentially Primary Requirements

  • Knowledge of one or more payroll software tools
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Have proven work experience in a similar role of not less than 3 years
  • Holders of payroll and/or HR related qualifications will be given preference
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities.
  • Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize, meet strict deadlines, follow up and multi-task
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset
  • Honest and trustworthy individual
