Clamp Lifter Operator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Clamp Lifter Operator to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate clamp lifters to prepare and transport paper rolls according to daily production schedules.

• Continuously replenish materials to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

• Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and perform basic adjustments as needed.

• Maintain accurate data entry and ensure the work area is organized and clean.

• Follow Health & Safety procedures and actively participate in training and process improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts or clamp lifters.

• Ability to communicate in Maltese and/or English.

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.

• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 6:00 am 2.30pm
