On behalf of our Client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Head of Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine marketing approaches.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
  • Drive campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Optimise customer acquisition costs (CAC) through SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and digital channels.
  • Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates.
Brand & Positioning
  • Establish strong voices and messaging across all brands that differentiate the company in a competitive market.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including the website, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Develop compelling content, such as blogs, white papers, videos, and case studies, to engage target audiences.
Product Marketing
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to define value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop product messaging that highlights key benefits and resonates with customers.
  • Equip internal stakeholders with materials, playbooks, and competitive insights.
Performance & Metrics
  • Track and report key marketing KPIs, including lead generation rates, click-through rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and others as defined by the business strategy.
  • Leverage analytics tools to optimise campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and tactics.
Partnerships & Community Engagement
  • Conduct internal campaigns to promote business strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and industry leaders.
  • Foster community engagement through events, webinars, and sponsorships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within a software or technology company.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong track record of building marketing strategies, defining structures, and measuring results in all aspects of brand management.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to develop, manage, and optimise marketing budgets effectively.
  • Innovative and creative, while maintaining a structured and data-driven approach.
  • Technologically savvy, with a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Educational background in Marketing (Masters degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
