ERP Customer Support Consultant

What you’ll do:

• Act as the first point of contact for ERP customer support queries
• Provide consulting support including upgrades, training, and system enhancements
• Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Manage and follow up on support tickets, keeping clients informed
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed
• Build strong client relationships through professional communication
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements

What we’re looking for:

• An IT qualification (business or accounting knowledge is a plus)
• At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent customer service
• Experience with SQL Server or Crystal Reports is an advantage
