What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for ERP customer support queries
- Provide consulting support including upgrades, training, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Manage and follow up on support tickets, keeping clients informed
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements
What we’re looking for:
- An IT qualification (business or accounting knowledge is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver excellent customer service
- Experience with SQL Server or Crystal Reports is an advantage
