On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Yacht Operations Executive to join a growing and dynamic organisation servicing clients within the yachting and private aviation sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting yacht administration, compliance, corporate services, and financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day yacht administration and operational activities.
- Manage charter setup and administration, including licences, VAT registrations, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with corporate administration, ensuring compliance obligations and filing requirements are maintained.
- Monitor expenses and support financial planning and budget management processes.
- Conduct compliance reviews, maintain accurate records, and identify potential operational risks.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain financial and operational documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support across various operational and compliance-related functions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the yachting industry, corporate services, or a related environment.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with cloud-based systems and business management software.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team environment.
