Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Storekeeper - Maintenance Department to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the maintenance store, ensuring all storage areas are clearly labelled and orderly.
- Safely store all parts to ensure easy identification and reliability.
- Control access to the store and ensure only authorised personnel enter.
- Prepare and issue parts for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support the Maintenance team in identifying required parts and accessories.
- Monitor inventory levels, record stock in/out, and ensure minimum/maximum quantities are maintained.
- Conduct stock analysis (e.g., fast‑moving/slow‑moving items).
- Perform regular stock checks and prepare requisitions based on needs.
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming parts and follow up with suppliers as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and order.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
- MQF Level 4 or equivalent.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems, will be considered an asset.
