Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Storekeeper - Maintenance Department to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities
:

  • Organize and maintain the maintenance store, ensuring all storage areas are clearly labelled and orderly.
  • Safely store all parts to ensure easy identification and reliability.
  • Control access to the store and ensure only authorised personnel enter.
  • Prepare and issue parts for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Support the Maintenance team in identifying required parts and accessories.
  • Monitor inventory levels, record stock in/out, and ensure minimum/maximum quantities are maintained.
  • Conduct stock analysis (e.g., fast‑moving/slow‑moving items).
  • Perform regular stock checks and prepare requisitions based on needs.
  • Receive, verify, and inspect incoming parts and follow up with suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and order.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

  • MQF Level 4 or equivalent.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems, will be considered an asset.
