About the job Office Clerk
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Office Clerk to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:

Manage customer demands and process local and export sales orders from entry to delivery.

Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to ensure delivery dates are respected.

Support the Sales Team with price calculations, client follow-ups, and reporting.

Prepare export documentation and coordinate shipments with transport agents.

Provide administrative support, including filing, call handling, and general office duties.
Key Requirements:

Previous clerical experience, ideally with an accounts background.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
-
Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
Job Info:
- Type of Contract: 1 year definite contract (maternity cover) with the possibility of being converted to an indefinite period following the 1st year depending on the company's needs and the perfromance of the individual.
- Salary: Depending on experience
- Work Setting: Onsite
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: Office hours
- Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
