Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with tyre suppliers, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely procurement.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution and logistics operations.

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team in achieving and exceeding targets.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow our customer base.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt business strategies.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to strengthen brand presence and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
