Industrial Maintenance Painter (Marine)

Manpower is seeking, on behalf of our client, motivated and hands-on Industrial Painters / Industrial Maintenance Operatives to join a team working on industrial maintenance and refurbishment projects in Malta.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and carry out industrial painting on pipes, steel structures, and industrial installations.
• Perform surface preparation activities, including cleaning, grinding, and corrosion removal.
• Use hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and pneumatic tools.
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works in an industrial environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial painting, shipyard, steelwork, maintenance, or similar industrial environments.
• Practical experience using grinders, drills, pneumatic tools, and other industrial equipment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with industrial maintenance activities.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with training provided.
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment.
