  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with IT, commercial, finance, and brand teams to deliver product initiatives.
  • Analyse market and competitor trends to keep products innovative and ahead of the industry.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise customer experience and maximise product value.
  • Align product roadmaps with strategic business goals, including growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities & Activities 

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Lead end-to-end product and business planning across the organisation.
  • Evaluate consumer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities with clear ROI logic.
  • Assess competitive offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Develop targeted product ideas and tactical offerings aligned with P&L objectives.

Responsibilities of the Role 

Lifecycle Management & Execution

  • Drive all product lifecycle activities: research, analysis, roadmap creation, requirements, and launch execution.
  • Prepare product strategy documents including business cases, pricing models, and high-level requirements.
  • Use data to develop product and sales strategies, refine positioning, and guide marketing communication plans.
  • Collaborate closely with brand and sales teams on product launches and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance against targets, adjusting offers and positioning to meet goals.
  • Provide KPI tracking, performance reports, and insights for senior management.
