HR People & Performance Lead

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Performance Leader to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and values-driven work culture aligned with company objectives.

• Lead initiatives across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention.

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that ensure consistency and compliance.

• Support leadership in driving engagement, learning, and development initiatives.

• Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic planning and change management.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (considered a strong asset).

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR strategies that enhance performance and culture.

• Fluent in both Maltese and English

• Strong understanding of HR compliance, policy development, and employee engagement.

• Energetic, people-focused leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
