We are looking for a Parts & Logistics Executive to support inventory control, procurement follow-up, supplier coordination, and logistics operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock management, timely delivery of parts, and proper documentation to support daily operational activities.
Requirements
- Experience in parts, stores, warehouse, logistics, procurement, or inventory-related roles.
- Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight, import/export, or customs procedures is an asset.
- Technical or mechanical parts knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise inventory, ensuring parts are properly stored, labelled, and recorded.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning.
- Record stock movements and support stock-taking activities.
- Issue and receive parts while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist with purchase orders, supplier enquiries, and order follow-ups.
- Verify incoming deliveries and report discrepancies when necessary.
- Support warranty documentation, parts traceability, and return processes.
- Coordinate shipments, freight arrangements, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate logistics, shipping, and inventory records.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
