We are looking for a Parts & Logistics Executive to support inventory control, procurement follow-up, supplier coordination, and logistics operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock management, timely delivery of parts, and proper documentation to support daily operational activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in parts, stores, warehouse, logistics, procurement, or inventory-related roles.
  • Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems.
  • Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight, import/export, or customs procedures is an asset.
  • Technical or mechanical parts knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise inventory, ensuring parts are properly stored, labelled, and recorded.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning.
  • Record stock movements and support stock-taking activities.
  • Issue and receive parts while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier enquiries, and order follow-ups.
  • Verify incoming deliveries and report discrepancies when necessary.
  • Support warranty documentation, parts traceability, and return processes.
  • Coordinate shipments, freight arrangements, and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain accurate logistics, shipping, and inventory records.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
