Warehouse Delivery Assistant

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Warehouse Delivery Assistant to join our client's team.

The selected candidate will support daily warehouse, stock-handling, and delivery activities. This position requires a practical and reliable individual who is comfortable performing physical work and assisting different operational teams.

The Warehouse Delivery Assistant will help ensure that goods and materials are received, stored, prepared, and transported safely. The role also involves checking delivery documentation, maintaining organised work areas, and reporting damaged or missing items. The successful candidate must follow workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to the smooth flow of operations between the warehouse, stores, and customer locations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and transporting doors, goods, and related materials safely and efficiently.
• Sort, organise, prepare, and store products according to warehouse and delivery schedules.
• Support warehouse personnel, delivery drivers, and operational teams with daily logistics and stock-handling activities.
• Check received goods against invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and Goods Received Notes, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain clean and organised warehouse areas while following all company health and safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Previous exposure to warehouse, delivery, stock-handling, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and work while standing for extended periods.
• Basic English communication, numeracy, and operational documentation skills; basic Maltese understanding is advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, organised, and able to work independently or collaboratively under operational pressure.
• Experience using forklifts, palletisers, or similar warehouse equipment is considered an asset.
