What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers abroad needing assistance
  • Handle calls, emails, and chats in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Open and manage cases within internal systems
  • Provide guidance on procedures and policy coverage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions
