On behalf of our client, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Advisor to join a dynamic, international medical assistance environment.

This is not a traditional bedside nursing role. You will be at the centre of operations—triaging cases, guiding medical decisions, and supporting global patient care from a strategic perspective.

What You'll Do

• Triage cases and assess urgency, care needs, and treatment pathways
• Review medical reports and guide treatment decisions in simple cases
• Authorise tests, treatments, and hospital stays where appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and ensure quality of care throughout
• Support medical evacuations and repatriations
• Flag policy risks, inconsistencies, or potential fraud
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance

What You Bring

• Nursing qualification (RGN, SRN or equivalent)
• Around 3 years clinical experience (or strong junior profile considered)
• Strong communication + ability to advise and influence decisions
• Calm, structured approach in critical situations
• Good IT skills and attention to detail

Bonus: Experience in travel insurance, assistance, or primary care
