PVC Specialist

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a PVC Specialist to join our client's team.

We are looking for a highly skilled PVC Specialist with hands‑on experience in producing and installing high‑quality, detail‑focused PVC apertures. The ideal candidate must be able to work on advanced projects such as corner apertures, lift‑and‑slide systems, and custom-made window and door structures. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, production‑driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, assemble, and install PVC apertures, including:
  • Corner apertures
  • Lift & slide aperture systems
  • Sliding doors and windows
  • Custom, made-to-measure designs
• Ensure precision, accuracy, and high finishing quality in all projects.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot installation or manufacturing issues with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborate closely with production and installation teams to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Operate workshop tools and machinery required for PVC production.
• Perform physical tasks related to installation, including lifting heavy materials and components.

Requirements:

• Experience with high-end or bespoke aperture systems.
• Similar previous work experience 
• Understanding of thermal insulation, energy-efficient window systems, and structural installation standards.

Job Info:

• Salary: Depending on experience
• Benefits: Health Insurance & Overtime Allowance (10-12h per week)
• Work Setting: 6;30 am - 4:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday as overtime are possible)
• Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
