Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Media Buying Specialist to join our client's team.

German-Speaking Media Buyer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies (Display, Programmatic, Video, Native, Paid Social) to achieve growth targets.

  • Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g., QuantCast, PixelBright, Xandr, Pubmatic): setup, optimization, audience targeting, and brand safety.

  • Source and negotiate PMP/PG deals with premium publishers; oversee deal performance and renewals.

  • Handle tagging, tracking, and attribution (GA4, UTMs, postbacks, server-side tracking).

  • Traffic creatives via Bannerflow; manage localisation, testing, and QA.

  • Continuously optimize campaign performance (pacing, efficiency, viewability, creative rotation) and produce actionable reports and insights.

KPIs:
Cost per REG / FTD, eCPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, FTD rate, viewability, brand safety.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years in programmatic/media buying (iGaming or regulated sectors preferred).

  • Hands-on DSP experience and direct publisher deal-making.

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Looker/Tableau/Excel (SQL a plus).

  • Familiar with tagging, attribution, and creative trafficking (Bannerflow).

  • Excellent English; fluent German (Turkish a plus).
