General Operator

On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to hire a General Operator.

The General Operator is responsible for carrying out assigned tasks within the production area efficiently, while strictly adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic equipment in line with established procedures
• Maintain high cleanliness standards to ensure a safe and orderly working environment
• Perform routine quality checks and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor
• Handle materials and finished goods as required, including the use of basic handling equipment
• Accurately collect and record process-related data
• Raise maintenance requests when necessary
• Follow 5S principles to ensure an organised and efficient workspace
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and report any potential risks or unsafe practices
• Participate actively in training sessions
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support smooth operations
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or operational environment is considered an asset
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good spoken English
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Reliable and disciplined approach to work
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Good attention to detail
