About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and driving high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters and escalations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Monitor service delivery against agreed service levels and proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage client meetings, communications, and action plans, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Track deliverables and ensure commitments are completed effectively and on time.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
  • Manage client status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support invoice management and assist in resolving outstanding payment issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a client relationship, account management, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Degree in IT, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Project management knowledge or certification will be considered an asset.
