Field Retail Representative

Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Field Retail Representative to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily checks, including but not limited to, the fridges temperature, the product display, and ensure the products are displayed correctly.
• Develop and maintain a structured procedure for checking product dates and ensuring proper rotation is carried out.
• Inform, monitor and promote any new products launched to outlets in the respective regions, and confirm that the outlet has placed the orders through its respective distributor.
• Act as a brand ambassador and answer any queries related to the company's products.
• Serve as the point of contact with outlets by providing customer service and demonstrating how to use any ordering systems.
• Check the availability of products on the market and provide daily reports on any findings.
• Participate in events and activities to sell and promote products as needed.
• Promote and offer product samples in outlets when required.

Requirements:

• Full Time (Flexible working days: Monday to Saturday)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar FMCG merchandising role.
• Fluent in both Maltese and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel for reporting, Word for documentation)
• Familiarity with planograms and product display standards.
• Outgoing, detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
