Team Support Administrator
About the job Team Support Administrator
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the coordination of the Partner’s schedule, including client meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and related administrative tasks to support the Partner and team in their duties
- Supporting the Team to ensure smooth workflow and timely support in line with departmental needs
- Assisting with internal and external communications, including forwarding correspondence, drafting emails, and maintaining clear communication channels
- Providing administrative support with document preparation, formatting, version control, and quality assurance in line with firm standards and brand guidelines
- Supporting billing processes by tracking client-related work, ensuring accurate time recording, and assisting with invoicing requirements
- Keeping the Line Manager informed of critical and time-sensitive matters in accordance with their schedules and priorities
- Undertaking additional duties as delegated by the Partner or Line Manager to support overall team effectiveness
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An O’Level standard of education, including Maths and English
