About the job Team Support Administrator

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the coordination of the Partner’s schedule, including client meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and related administrative tasks to support the Partner and team in their duties
  • Supporting the Team to ensure smooth workflow and timely support in line with departmental needs
  • Assisting with internal and external communications, including forwarding correspondence, drafting emails, and maintaining clear communication channels
  • Providing administrative support with document preparation, formatting, version control, and quality assurance in line with firm standards and brand guidelines
  • Supporting billing processes by tracking client-related work, ensuring accurate time recording, and assisting with invoicing requirements
  • Keeping the Line Manager informed of critical and time-sensitive matters in accordance with their schedules and priorities
  • Undertaking additional duties as delegated by the Partner or Line Manager to support overall team effectiveness

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An O’Level standard of education, including Maths and English
