We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key people operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR administration, and employee lifecycle activities. Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, CV screening, initial candidate assessments, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees, including system access, communications, and orientation support.
  • Prepare and maintain timesheet reports, ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Assist with payroll processing, payslip verification, and payroll-related submissions.
  • Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, certifications, and benefits documentation in line with data protection requirements.
  • Support performance review administration, employee benefits management, and related HR processes.
  • Process employee-related reimbursements, training expenses, memberships, and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR enquiries.
  • Assist with external funding schemes, accreditation processes, and HR compliance activities.
  • Promote adherence to internal policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR, People Operations, or Human Resources Administration role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR administration processes.
  • Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
