Operations Coordinator

On behalf of our client, Manpower is seeking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join a leading IT company specialising in the distribution of cutting-edge technology, hardware, and software solutions across Malta and Gozo.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business where no two days are the same. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, from stock management and logistics to customer support and process improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Maltese and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude
