Our client is seeking an ambitious Cruise Specialist to support the expansion of its cruise and tourism segment. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with international cruise operators, travel partners and industry stakeholders while contributing to the development of innovative passenger experiences and commercially successful cruise products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing supplier relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and creating attractive cruise-related products and itineraries. In addition, you will monitor market trends, support business growth initiatives, manage client relationships and help ensure exceptional service delivery across all cruise-related operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with cruise operators, suppliers and travel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and service contracts.
  • Design and develop cruise experiences, excursions and travel products.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Support revenue growth and passenger volume targets.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and service standards.
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts and sales updates.
  • Manage CRM records and pipeline activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within the cruise, travel, hospitality, tourism or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development or commercial contracting.
  • Understanding of cruise operations and passenger services.
  • Experience working with international travel industry stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Additional languages and destination knowledge are considered advantageous.
