Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate services
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Familiarize yourself with current information about services available for customers
  • Answering customer queries by phone/email
  • Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks as required
  • Record and update information accurately within the relevant systems

Requirements

  • O'level standard of education
  • Computer literacy, preferably including ECDL
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the team
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Currently based in Malta
