Junior Accountant

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow within a dynamic finance environment. The selected candidate will support financial operations by ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and assisting in budgeting and analysis activities. The position offers exposure to various accounting functions and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and financial automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording financial transactions accurately and resolving day-to-day accounting issues
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis
• Collaborate on improving accounting processes and internal controls

Key Requirements:

• ACCA part-qualified (F1–F9) or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (intermediate level)
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP or similar is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
