Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a QHSE Manager to join our client's team.

Job Responsibilities
:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the companys QHSE policies and procedures in compliance with international and local regulations (ISO, IMO, SOLAS, OHSAS, etc.).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop training programs to raise awareness of QHSE issues among employees and contractors.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and report findings to management.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure QHSE objectives are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare QHSE performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and environmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in maritime, shipbuilding, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of international safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective improvement measures.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
