Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Admin Clerk to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and schedules.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

  • Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other administrative paperwork.

  • Coordinate office supplies and provide general administrative support to team members.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional studies in office administration are an asset.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
