German-Speaking Affiliate Manager
About the Role:
Were seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to grow and optimize our affiliate network across Switzerland and Turkey. Youll own partner acquisition, performance optimization, and commercial negotiations ensuring scalable, compliant, and profitable growth across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire & manage affiliates source, vet, and onboard high-potential partners (blogs, media networks, influencers, content creators).

Negotiate deals structure CPA/RevShare/Hybrid agreements to maximize ROI while safeguarding unit economics.

Optimize performance monitor key KPIs (FTDs, NGR, eCPA, retention, fraud) and drive continuous improvement.

Oversee operations manage tracking platforms (e.g., NetRefer), validate data, handle reconciliations, and ensure accuracy.

Drive partner growth activate, retain, and re-engage affiliates through tailored plans, campaigns, and incentives.

Ensure compliance monitor placements, protect brand integrity, and enforce responsible gaming standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally align with Media Buying, CRM, Product, and Compliance teams for synchronized campaigns.

Represent the brand attend key affiliate and iGaming events (SBC, SiGMA, iGB).
Requirements:

3-6+ years experience in affiliate management within iGaming (casino/sportsbook).

Proven success scaling FTDs and NGR in Switzerland, Turkey, or DACH/TR markets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in NetRefer, GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), and data tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Analytical mindset with solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and postbacks.

Compliance-first approach with attention to detail and documentation discipline.
