CNC Machine operator - PVC

Manpower Malta is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves operating and monitoring CNC machinery used for cutting and processing uPVC profiles, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and monitor CNC machines for uPVC profile production

• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders

• Conduct quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery

• Detect and report equipment issues or production defects

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in uPVC or similar manufacturing

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

• Strong attention to detail and focus on product quality

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer literacy for machine operation interfaces

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
