Tax Associate

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Tax Advisor to join our client's team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in tax advisory and a passion for delivering high-quality guidance across legal, tax, and business matters. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting clients through complex transactions while contributing to the growth and knowledge-sharing culture of the tax practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide tax, legal, and business advisory services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with best practices
Support commercial transactions by offering clear and practical tax advisory guidance
Contribute to the development of the tax practice by sharing expertise and supporting colleagues
Maintain effective communication within the tax team and with international advisory networks
Promote a collaborative and team-oriented working environment

Key Requirements:

ACCA qualified or equivalent, ideally with a Master's Degree in Taxation
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a tax advisory role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
