Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Receive, unpack, organise, and replenish stock.
• Process online orders and prepare items for collection or delivery.
• Maintain clean, organised, and attractive product displays.
• Support stock control activities, including routine stock counts.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beer and wine products will be considered an advantage.
