About the job Administrator - Immigration and Relocation
Manpower is seeking a Administrator on behalf of one of our valued clients.
This role forms part of a growing service line dedicated to supporting individuals and businesses with residence, work authorisation, and relocation processes. The selected individual will work closely with an established team, receiving ongoing training, mentorship, and hands‑on exposure to the operational aspects of the function.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, service‑oriented, and motivated to build expertise in a specialised administrative environment. Over time, the chosen candidate will gain the confidence to handle their own client portfolio and contribute directly to the teams daily workflow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documentation and records related to applications are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Preparing client invoices and assisting with the monitoring of documentation deadlines.
- Handling ancillary client requests such as coordinating external services (e.g., insurance, translations, or property-related support) as needed.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, including supporting the collection and review of compliance and due diligence documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Helping maintain regulatory and compliance files, including the updating of annual records and other ongoing requirements.
- Observing and progressively supporting the preparation and submission of various residence, work permit, and related applications, under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of an O Level educational standard.
- Experience in administrative work or exposure to immigration, residence, or permit applications is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong customer‑service attitude with the ability to work professionally with a diverse client base.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise according to urgency.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and documentation.
