Corporate and Yachting Executive

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Corporate and Yachting Executive to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment supporting an international portfolio of corporate and yachting clients. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting transactions within the maritime and corporate sectors. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of compliance and corporate administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and yachting clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Liaise with clients, advisors, and authorities on corporate and maritime matters
• Assist with yacht sale and purchase transactions and yacht registrations under the Malta flag
• Conduct KYC and due diligence processes in line with regulatory requirements
• Support company incorporations, banking processes, and ongoing compliance tasks

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a CSP environment
• Good understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; additional languages are considered an asset
