Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion
• Conduct and manage due diligence exercises
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction-related documentation
• Prepare and coordinate completion documentation
• Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to clients
• Support senior legal professionals on a variety of corporate matters

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer
• Master's degree (LL.M. or equivalent) considered an asset
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience considered advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
