Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain employee records and oversee key processes including onboarding, promotions, and exits
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training programmes and development activities
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with Maltese Employment Law

What You'll Bring

  • 2–4 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, adaptable, and people-focused mindset
