Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Administrator – Licensing & Regulatory to join our client's team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic regulatory environment, supporting licensing processes and compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of regulatory requirements while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Support licensing applications, renewals, and jurisdictional approvals, including preparation of documentation and tracking submission timelines
- Assist with administrative tasks related to licensing obligations across various jurisdictions
- Liaise with local and international regulatory authorities and support the preparation of official correspondence
- Monitor regulatory updates and escalate relevant developments to senior team members
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation for audits, inspections, and ongoing regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a compliance-focused role, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Understanding of Maltese licensing regulations; exposure to regulatory work is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English; Maltese is considered an advantage
