Sales Manager

 Job Description:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
  • Meet and Pitch Company's offerings to potential customers
  • Build trust by handling customer objections
  • Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
  • Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
  • Share local insights from the field to the central team

Skills required

  • Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset Other skills
  • Hunger- Check family dependency and past Incentive earnings
  • Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
  • Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English
  • Basic mathematics calculations

Candidate Persona:

  • Graduate with 2-5 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume products
  • Preferably between 25-30 years of age
  • Excellent Presentation and Invokes Trust
  • Excellent Communication Skills in the local language(basic English)
  • Companies, Telecom, FMCG, Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume) Financial Services or High involvement concept selling.
