JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:-

Maintain an accurate stock file to ensure a maximum on sale position for merchandise.

Motivate and help subordinates to attain a high standard of customer delight.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:-

1. Academic qualification: Preferably Graduates, though this requirement is not essential.

2. Fluency in spoken English is a must.

3. Good communication skills and a pleasant personality are essential.

4. Previous experience of at least two years in a reputed retail organization is preferable.

JOB CONTEXT

He/ She helps the Department Managers and Assistant Manager Operations by assisting

them in their responsibilities.

Acts as a main link between Sales Associate and Departmental Manager and also help in maintaining a neat floor.

Re-ordering is automatic through a computerized replenishment system.

However, they have the additional responsibility of estimating high sales especially on weekends and have to take care of this need.

This estimate is often done by knowledge gained through experience.

In addition to this section/s on which the job holder concentrates, in case of exigencies of work requirement, the services of the job holder would be utilized in other departments,

stockroom, customer service desk, other Stores at the same location or any other location etc.
