Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
Strong Key Account Management and effectively leading zonal team to formulate and deploy strategies at market.
To develop strong relationship & customer management of OEMs, Distributors & Direct Consumers.
Price Negotiations & take care of Net Price Realization (NPR).
To strategize New Product Launches & take initiatives for demand generation, sales channel development.
To plan & meet budget sales numbers for the zone. Ensure & manage receivables, balance confirmations &
meet statuary compliances for the zone.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidates with Engineering and/or MBA background with experience in Channel sales and OEM Management along with managing teams would be highly preferred.
Strongly learning oriented approach and Detailed analysis .
Excellent Communications skills, Presentation skills.
