We are hiring Sales Executive (Male & Female ) for Real Estate Company.

Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in North Kolkata

• USP of the product to the client. Competitor Analysis setting up meetings with potential. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Conduct Market Research to identify selling possibilities an customer needs Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Site visit of the client .Provide detail about the properties
• Aiming to achieve monthly and yearly target
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Relevant Experience in Real estate sector Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
• Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly and yearly targets Provide the best possible solution to customers.

Any Graduate or MBA in sales & marketing (Preferred)

Min Experience- 1-3 Years

Age Criteria Age within 32 Years
