Tech Lead

We are building a new team from scratch, and a looking for a Full-stack engineer to shape and launch a cutting-edge product with the potential to change an industry.

It is a B2B SaaS solution and is a real hair on fire problem for millions of people worldwide.

The team is being set up as we speak and will be based in own offices in central Oslo, Norway. The company behind is rock solid, with ability and desire to support rapid growth as soon as we are ready to take off. Our ambition is to launch in Norway before we expand to new markets.

You will be an integral part of the founding team, and your work will be pivotal in creating new a breed of product which is first in the market globally.

As you will be one of the first engineers onboard, we are looking for a self-starter, passionate about applying the latest advancements in AI to create an outstanding product which customers would love.

In this role, you will:

• Shape, iterate and build the first version of our solution together with the team
• Take lead on how technical solution should evolve over time
• Build real things that real people use, and interact with them to understand their problems and pain points
• Build a culture and establish a way of working together with genuine and outstanding people

You will not be:

• Being told what to do
• Struggle to attract customers to test the solution on
• Incrementally improving on a existing solution
• Dragged into meaningless meetings where nothing is being done or decided

Your background looks something like:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience at tech and product-driven companies
• Full-stack background
• Have been in charge of building a complex solution before
• Has a strong understanding of software architecture
• Familiar with LLMs and agentic workflows
• Familiar with RAG, semantic search, vector stores, embeddings
